Located at the front door of Napa Valley, the project contains 400+ dwellings and is envisioned as a new residential neighborhood for American Canyon. It is conceived according to the principles of traditional, time-tested urbanism; prioritizing walkability and human – rather than vehicular – scale.

Located at the Santa Clara Caltrain Station across the street from the University of Santa Clara, the proposed development of Santa Clara Station is a mixed-use, affordable workforce housing, transit-oriented development (TOD) that would serve the local workforce and academic community for generations to come.

A wellness-centric development concept for the Johnston Y site that aspired to address important needs and challenges and establish a thriving NoDa neighborhood center – NoDa Village – to provide a vibrant, healthy, and sustainable home for future NoDa/Charlotte residents, current and future members of the YMCA, and residents and visitors to the curated marketplace.
